St Johns Bizarre

So, yes, it was officially titled “Bizarre”. I do know how to spell. 🙂 The first photo is the St Johns Bridge, as we were driving across it. The following photos are not as photographically lovely, but I decided to share a fun experience with you, and I do think they look slightly cool. So – instant ice cream. I can’t remember what it’s actually called, but basically they mix milk and flavor and whatever else they put in it right before your eyes, and then freeze it instantly with liquid nitrogen. Awesomeness. We got dark chocolate + blackberry (mixed), and it was perfection. If you ever find one of these, I would highly recommend it.
By the way, the “Bizarre” is basically an art fair. Portland has these in just about every neighborhood, and I’m super excited that the season is just starting. 🙂
